ServiceTarget is software company based in Bozeman, Montana focused on helping companies improve their online customer experience and reduce customer service costs.

Our mission is to help companies provide an amazing self-service experience to their customers so that their customers can be more self-sufficient and successful with the products and services they buy. The Position:

We are seeking to hire an individual who works hard and has the potential to grow into a sales leader within ServiceTarget. If chosen for this role, you will join an experienced team that works hard and is focused on delivering value for customers. We will invest in training and mentoring you to be successful and will help you grow your potential and career. We will then ask you to build a team and pass along what you have learned.

As a business development leader you will be expected to help identify new customer prospects, initiate meetings with customer prospects, define processes, best practices and then use those practices to train and grow others.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify companies and people that meet our target customer criteria

  • Develop new business development practices, procedures and campaigns

  • Execute email, phone and social media campaigns to reach qualified prospects

  • Uncover new sales opportunities and work with our team to close them

  • Train and mentor others within the business to be successful
