ServiceTarget is a software-as-a-service company based in Bozeman, Montana focused on helping business leaders shift their focus from supporting customers one at a time to enabling customers to be more successful via self-service and improve their overall customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, available to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.

We are looking for people who:

Have experience selling enterprise software and software-as-a-service solutions
Have exceptional selling and closing skills
Have demonstrated results meeting and exceeding quota
What you will do:
Become an expert in helping companies develop successful self-service programs designed to reduce customer effort, improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer service costs
Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop winning account plans
Leverage the business development strategies that work best for you to gain traction within a targeted set of accounts
Complete end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution development, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing
Leverage CRM to create and organize your work plans and track your sales activities
Execute with a high-level of professionalism and represent ServiceTarget well in the marketplace
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
7-15 years of experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
Experience working with executives and persuading them to work with you
Strong business and technical acumen, including a history of closing new software sales
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and make things happen without supervision
Experience selling into consumer products, electronics, telecom, banking, SaaS
