Account Executive

Do you love sales?  We are looking for an experienced sales person who is interested in helping companies improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating successful self-service programs.

ServiceTarget is a software-as-a-service company based in Bozeman, Montana focused on helping business leaders shift their focus from supporting customers one at a time to enabling customers to be more successful via self-service and improve their overall customer satisfaction. 

This is a full-time position, available to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.

What you will do:

  • Become an expert in helping companies develop successful self-service programs designed to reduce customer effort, improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer service costs

  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop winning account plans

  • Leverage the business development strategies that work best for you to gain traction within a targeted set of accounts

  • Complete end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution development, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing

  • Leverage CRM to create and organize your work plans and track your sales activities

  • Execute with a high-level of professionalism and represent ServiceTarget well in the marketplace

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals

Position Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions

  • Experience working with executives and persuading them to work with you

  • Strong business and technical acumen, including a history of closing new software sales

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to think creatively and make things happen without supervision 

  • Experience selling into consumer products, electronics, telecom, banking, SaaS
